  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely repack the furniture in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our logistics team will contact you within 48 hours to coordinate a convenient professional pickup time from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
